前台服务态度很烂，本来我们打算住长一点，结果一个更年期模样的女人态度烂到家，说换房等下午2点半，房间早就收拾好了，居然说等2个小时。。。之前没有通过艺龙定说没有单人间，必须住228的房间，结果通过艺龙说有了，存在欺骗行为，中午打算投诉他们，后来想想算了，大不了换宾馆。我刚换了宾馆，打死也不在这里住宿了，态度好像她是上帝似的，强烈鄙视本酒店前台，并且奉劝各位不要自讨苦吃！

酒店应该是比较实惠的，毕竟价格是有些优势的，就是洗澡水不好调，冷热变化太快，希望酒店能改进！中央空调温度太低，打到最高温度，还是有点冷！浴室电话对方能听到我的声音，而我听不到对方的声音，烧热水器的插头是坏的，没有电！浴巾很破了还在用，被子上有血迹，垫被拿掉被单也有！设施较陈旧！
