通过艺龙预定的450元大床房，但预定时完全没有被告知房型有何不妥，到前台才说这是整个酒店仅有一间的珍稀无窗房。前台服务员业务不熟，态度生硬，不肯升级，还让我找携程，我说我是艺龙订的，前台回复“艺龙，携程，去哪儿都一个老板，随便你找谁！”无奈之下联系艺龙，艺龙的态度倒是很好，立即表示可以换有窗房间，并由艺龙赔付差价。原以为可以安心入住，选择的是前台极力推荐的“景观大床房，朝南”，入住后空调开了半小时基本不制冷，联系前台也是找各种理由推三推四，一会儿说外面天热空调制冷是很慢，一会儿说朝南房间的确特别热，因为窗多，叫我拉上窗帘。实在莫名其妙，一再要求下工程人员十五分钟后终于来了，也是这几句浆糊说辞，就连住招待所也不会要求客人要制冷就必须再大白天拉上所有窗帘吧？！这样大概交涉半小时，值班经理也一直避而不见不知是有多高贵。我无奈之下只能答应出门去一段时间，结果三小时后回到房间，仍然闷热无比，酒店这才给我换成朝北的房间。制冷倒是解决了，淋浴房的上花洒却是坏的，我已经不想再找前台了。酒店环境其实挺安静，装修也不错，露天泳池也不错。但服务实在太差，停车场保安的态度更恶劣，不想赘述。糟糕之极！
