到了酒店后说是促销房 可我订单显示是大床房 房型搞错后 不管是艺龙问题还是你们酒店问题 肯定不是我消费者客户的问题 前台给我的态度牛比的很 给我的回答 你自己打电话去。哪来定的打哪里 我们不管。然后还真什么都不管了。足足等了半小时 最后艺龙让我再贴钱升房型3日后再返给我 30元额外支出无所谓 但我问酒店你这是服务性行业吗？
