前台服务员态度极差，定了大床房给了标间，下去让她改，她说你们定的就是标间，我说我给你看手机订单，她说，你这个看了没用，结果在一再要求下，才承认是她自己看错了。 既然眼睛不好，那你做什么前台？还和我争辩，难道酒店的管理层都是摆设吗？ 前台这种素质，酒店还能好？
