所谓的五星级酒店，徒有其名，只不过得了地利优势罢了；硬件设施陈旧，服务态度相当恶劣！朋友代我订了五间豪华大床房，我们凭朋友给的信息入住，且多开了两间房，这个破酒店竟然说没有看见信息，拒绝退还朋友的5000元订金，我们找了消费者协会，也找了110，要求酒店调看监控录像当面对质，他们竟然以当时当班人员辞职为由，不让看监控……越是这样，我们越是要还原事情真相，避免他们继续欺骗消费者！
