在咖啡厅，叫了咖啡有服务员理你，想再叫杯水，叫了两次才端一杯，囧。入住，前台帅哥，说等一个小时入住，过了两个小时过去,又跟我说房间还没有安排收拾，放低层楼。网上预订的时候是大床房，到了酒店说没有大床房了，要大床房的话要加价。五星级酒店也玩套路，尴尬
