2018-08-01早上9:30-9-50期间前台服务明显改善。经过与前台服务人员的沟通，发现昨天前台服务差的原因除了个人服务经验不足之外，酒店对前台服务的整体管理也存在问题。希望酒店管理层针对如何提高前台服务质量做一个系统的改进计划。说实话，酒店的硬件和早餐还是不错的。
