办理入住酒店是在七楼，等了大概半个小时时间效率有待提高。环球港凯悦酒店，酒店设施还可以吧，环境位置优越，可以直接通往环球港商场，购物，餐饮娱乐一体很方便。可以从酒店外走地铁，从酒店内旁边的侧门也可通往地铁。
一进门看到小窗是镂空风格，有种古代园林的风格，从镜子里面是看一对的，还是挺有设计感的。
床很舒服，出去游玩一天晚上躺在床上回来也挺解乏，卫生间是电动马桶，惊喜。但是不得不图吐槽的是，噪声太大。但的确是方便，懒人福利~
我们订的房间含早餐在7楼和25楼，明显7楼的种类多，建议入住的客人去7楼。25楼品种单一选择性少，个人建议而已。餐厅种类有中餐，汤面，燕麦片，小蛋糕，香肠，小饼，粥，汤，养乐多，酸奶之类的，还是比较丰富的。
小冰箱饮品有几样，可乐雪碧柠檬茶，方便人们喝。
卫生打扫的很干净，每天都会贴心的放两瓶书，出去游玩晚上回来，衣服阿姨都给叠好了，头出门我就直接扔到沙发上了，拖鞋也摆放好了。
总体来说值得一住，位置方便好找。
