晚上十点多入住，刺鼻的装修味，熏的睁不开眼，投诉到前台，很快给安排了换房，响应速度是很快，但明显我不是第一个投诉味道的，为什么酒店还要给客人开这层房间呢？次日早，晨练后，准备换洗去机场，结果房卡刷不开，联系客房后，迟迟不见来人，主动找保洁，保洁联系酒店，竟然让去前台办理，实在忍不住发了火，又转到前台，前台第三次核实了名字和生日，才给开了门，本来不紧张的行程变得紧张起来。这次入住洲际，不愉快
