帮同事订的，订了两间房，他到了后说沿街很吵，这还能接受，但是房间很臭，卫生条件不好。问前台能不能换房间，前台回复是18点以前可以换房间，当时18:06，说过了这个点，不能换，也不能退。说退房间是要同程网上弄的，跟他们无关。同程网上显示不能退也不能修改订单。同事不是难弄的人，最基本的要求起码干净吧，房间一进去就很臭，超了6分钟不给换房，这是不是很不人性化？网上预付的订单就是这个待遇吗？钱已经付了，爱住不住？更可笑是同程对这家酒店评分是接近完美？是不是太名不副实了。跟前台协商换房无果，也不能退一分钱，同事最后自己出门去找了别的酒店住。这两间房费自己出钱打水漂了。第一次对同程失望。

房间后面从11点开始一直到现在凌晨一点多，一直很大噪音，完全无法入睡，说是锅炉声音。推窗来看，很多房间都面向锅炉。
建议睡觉轻的不入住。
