交通方面：靠近公交車站，且距離莘莊地鐵站不遠的距離，換乘和交通比較方便。
服務方面：前台服務較為滿意，但也存在一定的問題，希望有待提高，其餘員工能再乘坐電梯和通道相遇時問好，這點要提出表揚，是有服務意識的。
客房方面：1、衛生：總體較為乾淨，但地毯吸污不及時，存在毛髮等雜物，其次床下有用過的衛生紙未及時清理，寫字台桌面擦抹不徹底，有明顯積垢和灰塵，房間內死角衛生清理不徹底。2、浴室內放置台未達到乾淨整潔，污跡明顯，浴室內燈光會在幾分鐘後自動熄滅，存在安全隱患。3、入住期間以使用請勿打擾提示，仍有服務人員敲門詢問是否清掃。
總體來說服務較好，入住體驗基本滿意，推薦原因交通占很大一部分，謝謝。
