八月一号下午两点半到前台办理Check in ，当时只有一位女员工在前台，态度不好，还不淡妆。因为房型问题一直没解决，我在礼宾部等了一个半小时还没给我处理好。当天生日，拎着蛋糕，等了一个半小时，后来自己找前台解决了。早餐还不错，礼宾部工作人员很热情，八月二号办理Check out的Anna态度很好，但作为一个四星级酒店，前台的工作人员还有很多方面没做到。
