交通非常便利，人民广场地铁站9号出口过对面马路便是酒店，步行去南京步行街，外滩，非常方便，酒店职员非常亲切，好肯帮忙，清洁房间姨姨，每日都有更换毛巾，补给所需用品。自助早餐值得一试，refill好快，又有即磨咖啡机，员工收碟够快。房间订购蝴蝶酥，非常好，不用排队，；如果再去上海一定会再选择国际酒店。

出行方便就是车位太少，这也是没办法，毕竟酒店硬件限制，服务意识还是一如既往的好，前台副理和前台都很棒！

没有上次住的舒服，当然酒店服务还是很好的，自身硬件历经岁月沧桑也是没办法了，建议让酒店员工的车位让给客人，总体还是很好，出行方便。

很有历史的酒店，订的是最小的房型，比想象中大一点，配套齐全还有手电筒，远处能看到南京路和陆家嘴三巨头，酒店位置很好，离地铁很近，对于要赶航班的人来说很友好。早餐有现煮云吞，感觉还不错。房间里的书册有介绍酒店的历史。

尽管是土生土长的本地人，还是第一次入住国际饭店。我的房间非常特殊，占据了一层高层的半壁江山，视野也非常好。早餐也还可以。尽管是疫情起见，前台的服务意识有待提高。 另外该饭店的蝴蝶酥还是相当不错的
