Very disappointing experience for a 4-star hotel.
I had two serious issues during my stay.
First, the hot water pressure was extremely weak. It was very difficult to take a shower, and the water was only lukewarm instead of properly hot. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this category.
Second, I accidentally left my scarf in the hotel. I contacted the hotel and politely asked if they could help send it to me, but my message was completely ignored. No reply at all.
For a 4-star hotel, both the facilities and the level of service were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.

首先要感谢前台的孙先生，自己手机落在了网约车上，然后孙先生经过很长一段时间联系上了司机并把手机送回酒店，对此十分感谢，这也反映了酒店的服务真的很好，毕竟自己刚从国外回来没有手机的话一个人都无法联系到，其次酒店房间也很好，总之下次还来上海的话一定还会住的。

Handy location, about 10 mins walk to Science & Tech Museum metro station and then a few stops to Nanjing East stop. Housekeeping was great, consistently kept our room tidy and replaced towels everyday as well. Found food court at next station (Century Ave mall) - which is also walkable.

位置绝佳，离上海科技馆、博物馆和东方艺术中心都非常近，作为老牌的四星级酒店，房间空间非常大，除了女前台服务説话态度一般外，一切都超预期，值得推荐！

位置优越，和东方艺术中心相距200米，看剧方便。服务非常好，特别能现在顾客角度处理解决问题，有房的情况下，尽可能会给升级。房间空间大，但因为是老酒店，设施不太能跟的上服务，比如浴室花洒的开关松动，不好固定，洗澡时花洒的水也时有时无，马桶水流量少，容易堵塞，落地玻璃窗的衞生有待提高。总体来説瑕不掩瑜，冲着服务，下次还会再来，

东怡大酒店，酒店位置优越，地处上海浦东世纪大道旁，旁边就是上海东方艺术中心，离上海博物馆东馆 科技馆，图书馆等 都在附近，离上海迪士尼乐园就半个小时车程，早餐还是蛮丰富的，酒店环境可以。另外酒店已有年代了，设施一般，叫外卖也要自己去前台取。

环境挺好的，靠近上海东方艺术中心，昨晚看完跨年音乐会回酒店特别方便，只有不到五分钟的路程。根据实事求是、有一説一的点评宗旨，好的方面、值得夸奖一下的是以下这几点：一是房间很宽畅，还放了一台准专业级的音响；二是衞浴产品是品牌，比较上档次；三是提供五种不同质地枕头的选择，特别的温??；四是总枱的服务，礼貌周到、有求必应，尤其是一位名叫“元培”的女士，更是热情有嘉，印象深刻；不足之处，亟待进一步规范与改进的地方：一是房间里有异味，有可能是两个地漏的防臭密封没做好；二是室内的空调温度上不去，制暖效果比较差；三是没有茶杯，只有小小的几个茶蝶，很是不习惯！
