超级垃圾！！！不小心预定了两间日期一样的房间，酒店居然不给退一间！自己电话联系酒店沟通 提供了个人信息也查询到了，网站也帮我沟通几次，酒店一句话就是不肯！不妥协！不管你住过几次！死活不肯！意思是让我一人一间？？？坑！没有人情味，能捞一笔是一笔！
