酒店是好酒店，但是前台接待真的不是搞笑吗？对中国客人太应付了！两点到了酒店，排队办理入住，前台接待用在每个外籍客人身上的时间约为20分钟，好不容易排到我，我有预定，但一分钟就把我打发了，说房间还没打扫好，等着吧。我:???!!! 台风天，客人多，三点还没干净房间我理解，但难道不是先安排好房间，再让我等着。我一共在酒店大堂站着等了超过两个小时，对着前台发了脾气，这才给安排上。花大钱买气受。酒店的服务流程太需要优化了。前台好好培训一下吧。服务态度很有问题。酒店服务业难道要客人看你们脸色吗？？？但是卫生确实干净，设施确实很完善。
