朋友出差替他定的酒店，自己帮忙退房和办理手续等，感受非同一般。酒店硬件还行，但地理位置略偏，交通不行。最差的就是服务，碰到的前台服务员感觉欠了她一百万，爱理不理。退房时说了没有消费，还是让我们等，关键是说话口气一点都没礼貌，说查了房才能走，我在五星级酒店真心第一次碰到。等了很久问了三次，基本都不予搭理。最后退了房，因外面下雨，问借伞，对我们说到礼宾部交了押金才能借，而实际情况是根本不要押金。反正很不开心，希望是对业务流程不熟悉
