有楼梯的房间小朋友最喜欢了，酒店的位置非常棒，走路去朱家角只要十几分钟。

交通便利，朱家角高速下来一会儿就到。环境很不错，房间不是很大，卫生情况不错，进客房通道需要刷卡挺安全的。唯一遗憾的看到点评里面有游泳池的照片，全家老小带上游泳衣，小朋友就是冲着有泳池来的，结果到了被告知11月就关闭泳池了，这个在携程介绍里也没有说明，也没定到主题房，结果只能有点扫兴。建议酒店应该及时将这种情况在各大订房网站进行说明，省得有些像我们这样的游客到了才知道没有开放，不能享受到五星级酒店应有的待遇！

酒店很有安全感，住的家庭套房很干净，服务态度也很好；就是餐厅里什么都贵还要加收15%服务费，上菜速度又太慢，宁愿走10分钟到景点内吃饭。
