星期六住了一晚，感觉真的很不好，进房后发现被子有一块湿的，不可想像，和总台反映后给换了房间，第二天退房叫保安叫辆出租车，保安竟然拒绝叫！住了这么多年酒店，第一次遇到如此奇葩的五星级酒店！我真心服了！

酒店设施齐全，房间宽敞，干净卫生，床品也很舒适，唯一不足的就是我这房型无法开窗，有点闷。说说服务，到酒店早了，前台办理业务熟练，态度亲切，询问是否可以延退也得到了满意的答复，再询问了附近景点路线也给出详细解答，好评！不巧的是天雨路滑，在景点摔了一跤，回到酒店脱了上衣发现胳膊皮都蹭破了，打电话询问是否有药水创可贴等医疗用品，接听人员关切提出是否需要陪同去医院，态度极好，然后没多久一个年轻的帅哥带着药箱前来，亲自帮我处理伤口并帮我贴了创可贴，没看清姓名，虽然知道他也没有太多医疗经验，但是处理真的很仔细，很感谢他！房间过道碰到保洁人员也都能亲切和客人打招呼，电梯里碰到一个工作人员也是主动和客人问好，打开门时主动为客人挡住电梯门并走在客人后面，从一些细小方面能感觉到酒店在管理培训上还是比较重视的。酒店的早餐品种能再丰富些就更好了！

小細節不行，浴室窗簾不不擋光，直接影響到臥室的睡眠品質，棉被太厚，早餐品項多但不精，而且早餐吧被客人弄的髒亂也無人處理
