每年夏天必去的酒店，白沙滩和池畔房是孩子们超级喜欢的。只是设施陈旧，餐食也不好吃，希望有所改善。

非常适合亲子游的酒店！入住时是暑期高峰，所以是下午三点才能办理入住手续，但是只要上午到了就可以把行李寄存，然后换上游泳衣下水了，这点还是比较人性化的，另外酒店附近比较偏僻，酒店里的零食饮料什么的都比较贵，可以考虑自己少带点。

真心服务一般，要啥啥没有，checkin的时候说好的加床，到了房间说加不了了。
晚上找服务前台要被子，十点多按门铃搞得跟快递催命一样。最主要第一次摁就是连嗯，不管有没有孩子睡觉（毕竟2000多的房费、又是主打亲子的，怎么也应该注意）
洗漱用品连欧舒丹都不是。
价格和质量服务真心不大能成正比。还没试明天的早餐，希望不要失望。

索菲特酒店服务真好，我400元新买的苹果X充电器忘记拔下来了，打电话过来，服务员收起来了，还答应帮我明天顺风快递，必须给个大大的好评
