住在13楼，客房服务员态度非常不错。几个大姐名字真不记得了，sorry 。但是早餐自助的某男性服务员太糟糕，问他要一杯开水吃药，直接板着脸回答两个字“没有”！堂堂五星级酒店，早餐厅没开水？？？？就算没有，也不能这种态度回复客人，真是很无语！

第一次入住，感觉不错。前台办理入住的小明很热情，楼层的阿姨，吴婉云，周玉兰，送水果，剃须刀的，也很热情。

床上有跳蚤，地毯酱油渍满地，不开空调导致室内温度高于室外温度，请人过来调高温度，结果他们的神回复是，我们必须要等夏天才开空调，天啊！现在户外26度啊，室内温度又高于室外温度啊，想开窗户又无法，因为唯一的逃生窗也被封死了，真是以后死都不会再住开元酒店了。

超级垃圾的酒店，外面的温度比里面的要低 - 没有开空调，反应结果，回答是打开窗户会凉一些，我是在五星级酒店吗？
还有，请安监部门注意，他们的所有逃生窗户都被一层打不破的强化玻璃封死了，一旦发生火灾，所有的住户只有死路一条（因为我试图打开窗户降低室内温度才发现的大问题），希望上海安检部门可以重视，否则到时候出了人命就不好了。

这家酒店是不开空调的，只要是夏天怕热的人不建议入住，请人上来调温度，就说：我们只开冷风，可以提供风扇，晕倒了.....
