以前也住过寰星，感觉之前服务比现在好。这次十一特别失望，看页面上以为12：00就可以办入住了，关键去的时候小孩睡着了，前台也很生硬地告诉我们没有房间，要等14：00，一点也不人性化，下次去应该不会住这个酒店了。不推荐。

讲真的真不错，酒店服务人员态度挺好，都很客气，笑咪咪的。昨天点了外卖，管理人员还特地打电话问一下，此举动真的很贴心，下次还会来的。
早餐吃的也不错，虽为葡式餐厅，对于不爱中餐的我。很喜欢西式早餐，食材新鲜，很健康
