酒店的位置很好，离地铁口很近，去外滩只要一辆共享单车，人民广场也很近，总之很方便。周围吃的什么都挺方便的。

大力推荐。来之前看评论一直犹豫不决，最后订下也忐忑。入住后小惊喜。服务很好，很贴心。设施完善，考究。卫生干净。早餐很丰富，西餐为主，喜欢中餐的人会感觉没什么吃的。服务人员热情，专业，标准的四星级。位置太优越，全上海无双。当然下次再来。

来上海住过最最郁闷气愤的一家酒店！在网上预定了一间豪华大床房（预定，没有实际付款）来到以后发现窗户太小进光不太好，所以调换了一间普通大床房住下了。酒店当时没有说价格差别问题，到了两天结款的时候，酒店要求我按预定的豪华房结款。实际住的是普通房，结款去要求结高价房…！大堂经理还堂而皇之的说，哪天调换的时候就跟我说了，我就纳闷了，那个客户愿意花这种冤枉钱！前台包括经理还一个劲的跟我讲肯定不能退，爱咋咋地，有问题你可以投诉线上商家啊！现在市场竞争这么激烈，生意都很难做，你们这样xx哄哄的对着客户，给你们发工资的老板知道不！
