下单的时候写着是8一15层的房间，结果给的是6层的，格局不咋的，只能看到东方明珠的顶尖部分，不能全景，酒店比较老，服务态度也不好，衣服掉在房间了打过去问说没有，全程下来就在酒店拿出那衣服，，就这样说没有就没事了似的，那衣服就穿过一次比较新，打扫人员拿走也不足为奇，都说上海人比较小气，没想到酒店的服务人员也会贪小便宜，订了五百多的房间掉了件衣服就当享受了一千多的待遇，下次不会再去了

六百多得豪华双人间，第一面朝贫民区，第二总是自动断电换了房间，第三玩到十一点回来洗澡水越洗越冷，第四房间设施比较陈旧！

本来定的是，双人床，两个床的，到了酒店，说两个床的没有了，给了我一个单人床。在别的网站上订房间，从来没发生过这种事。我觉得在艺龙上订房间，发现这个问题，感觉很失望。

服务极差，设备老旧，遇到大日子门口的路还会封路，出门基本靠走，电梯一楼永远不到，坐到2楼再摁一楼还会到，前台服务跟他是消费者似的，极其不推荐，看见外国人比亲娘都亲，看见国人连理都不理，不知道尊严在哪里。作为四星酒店还不如如家。
