  带孩子来上海，第二次住这个酒店，很舒服，还升级了商务房，早餐也不错，中西式都有。出门东方明珠非常近，选择对了。

  房间还好，提的要求都用心听取，态度也很好！公司的协议酒店，通过第三方订价格比公司协议低，但是规定不同，比如不能退订，不含早！

  Room was great. Location was great. Metro access right outside of hotel, with line 4 and 14. Eatery and family mart right outside of hotel. Hotel breakfast was alright, nothing fancy. Overall great stay.

  The room carpets were dirty, probably needs to be replaced with clean (new). Also, the room service (food ordering) was not available. Similarly, one day the maid had put the bedsheets that had human urine (or others) stain marks, kind of gross/unhygienic.?
