行程前一天正好赶上感冒发高烧，联系酒店，发去了病历证明，酒店没有理睬，不能退款，个人觉得虽然酒店有规定预订后不能取消，但是碰到这种不可抗力，应该酌情为消费者考虑一下，而不是死板的按照规定办事。

房间有点小，位置略偏，卫生早餐还不错，价格很便宜，相比携程便宜十多块钱，就是砍价太坑了，好多只能砍一分几分的，这种活动还是少点好，欺骗消费者感情
