首先，我要感谢艺龙客户，当酒店发生问题后，及时有效的和酒店沟通并解决了问题。其次，来说说酒店。14:00到达酒店，发现了20多个人在排队办理入住，柜台只有二位工作人员，我想五星级酒店应该办理迅速，毕竟没有在看到那么人排队后增加服务员。然后真的等了半小时，被告知没有大床房，服务员给了我二个方案，一个是等一个小时等打扫，另一个是降低规格入住。我当场提出质疑，但是对不起对面那位服务员是机器人，只重复回答这2个方案。最后致电艺龙，15:15分住了进去。

酒店房间大，早餐好丰富，地段也还可以，我房间的对面是就是黄浦江，效果很好。但是前台登记入住时，我下午3点到的，平均每人要等10分钟，实在太浪费时间了。还有就是房间里有一些插座是坏的插不进去，需要仔细找其他的插座。出行还是打滴滴比较方便
