房间面积不大，打扫的很干净，设施设备保持的都还不错，房间内电源插座位置不太方便，特别是床头几乎没有提供电源。特价房紧靠电梯井但没有受到影响，倒是房门的隔音效果不太好，总体而言比较满意。
