新装修的酒店，不仅新，而且时尚，房间也够大。唯一美中不足的就是装修以后的味道大了一点，如果房间能有空气净化器就更好了。

酒店位置很好，给了18楼的房间，因为房间味道，服务人员很温馨的给选了几间房，最后还给升级了景观房，可以看见码头。自助餐25元一位，在21楼用餐，吃饱没问题。

酒店位于南门码头对面，八一街的起点。有大型停车场，楼下有kfc，应该说位置很便利。大堂的接待也很和蔼，会多次询问是否对房间满意。唯一不足就是走廊和房间里面装修味道还未散去。

怀着期待的心情入住新装修好的天鹤，因为前台系统原因，服务人员安排我在大厅稍后等待，期间贴心的送来牛奶??房间内部确实比之前要简单时尚很多，一踏进去一股淡淡的香味沁入心脾??早餐在21楼，煮面的服务人员态度很好，面条也很好吃，其他食品也很新鲜，摆放错落有致干净整洁??唯一建议加强的是退房时的效率，早上一定是退房集中时间段，可以安排两位员工进行，当天退房时是一位员工比较忙乱，发票也没有核对细致，拆了一包新的发现号码不对再拆了一包，而且员工的工作服开口太低了，内衣一览无遗…这一点观感不太好，建议还是要改善一下。总的来说，体验还是好的。下次还会选择入住??

酒店位置很好，新装修不久不错，也能停车，前台服务员态度很好，业务也相当熟练，昨天我们比较晚到达，对我们的疑问和要求等都能很好的给以解答，入住后各方面都很满意，的确性价比蛮高，下次来崇明会首选星程的。

难得回来，离奶奶近所以订的这里，但是这里设施真的差啊，还不便宜，性价比太差了，但是南门也就这里高一点，比较安静
