真的挺差的。特别是服务一个一个脸冷的像冰一样。上海下大雨，我们到礼宾部去问能不能再借一把伞，因为每个房间是两个人。房间只有一把伞。其实也没有什么，如果你没有，你可以笑一笑说抱歉，我的伞都用光了，抱歉。这在任何酒店都非常经常发生。他们的态度呢，能让你恨不得上去给他一巴掌。做服务行业的一点笑容没有，无论是前台还是礼宾部。……我们也没有住什么高档的，以前一直住新锦江。这次是想带着大家来徐家汇这边，才定到这个酒店。看评价，还4.x。我同行的几位老外说了一路这个酒店这不好，那不好，让我悔死了。

这家酒店号称四星名不符实，早餐如经济型酒店，品种少质量差，果汁中还有飞虫。个别老资格前台服务相当差劲，需要续房拿原先价格，找托各种理由说没房，截穿后给你一间卫生间地漏无效恶臭明显的房应对你，拒绝后换一间在行政楼层的普通房不告诉高价，等你入住了晚上催交押金，此种精明算计暗招也只有完全没有服务意识的聪明SH人才能做得到。真不清楚这家宾馆的体制和管理是怎么运作的?全凭地段优势在开店啊!

必须要表演一下。退房时不慎将iPad遗落在房间了，回家后才发现。周一中午试着给酒店打了电话，对方表示已被服务员捡到。随即用快递邮寄给我。
