宾馆开在上海财大老校区，房间整洁乾净，早餐品种多少够了，周边环境不错，交通便捷，就地铁口附近近，自驾车免费停车地下车库，安保人员精心负责，总枱服务耐心细致。

确实之前别人点评不是空穴来风，酒店各方面与现代服务业已经脱节，看在一开始入驻时候给升级了房型不然评分只有1分了。服务员从早上10点多开始两次都想进来，门都开了还好有链子，説以为退房人不在了，你们自己设计的插了房卡外面房号才亮灯这糊弄谁呢。另外桌上???油渍没擦乾净，房间枕头有黄斑。
