入住的时候有点小插曲，最后免费升了套房，非常感谢！酒店的温泉环境不错，早餐品种比较少，晚餐选择了西餐厅还可以吧，个人觉得比中餐厅好！房间中规中矩吧，设施有点旧了

Guest: 酒店位置不错，距西栅很近，离东栅也不远。客房配置和卫生都不错，服务态度良好。就是房间隔音较差，楼梯上下声，隔壁讲话声不时入耳。 （其他）

哎，房间已经很旧了，服务员没有热情的，温泉开了没几个，下午茶太差劲，两块曲奇饼干，一个最原始的蛋黄派，所谓的慕斯蛋糕小的不能再小了，早餐品种很少，连面条都没有，免费升级没有，延迟退房没有，牛逼的不行，骑个自行车一百块，好贵啊，不会再去了

8518房间，淋浴房，进门设置太奇葩了，人进去洗澡要靠本事进去的，收复等下头往边上，才能勉强进去洗澡，出来也如此，如果是胖子的话，我肯定不洗澡睡觉了！真不知道酒店会设置这样的淋浴房，建议尽快改成往外开

酒店服务人员挺热情，吃不行，四周也没什么可玩，比较偏，温泉还是可以的，小盆友很喜欢，晚上啤酒节适合大人，里面很多比较适合单位来拓展活动，不太适合亲子游，天热，划船什么都不行，建议天稍微凉爽的时候去，项目会更多一点
