体验感非常糟糕的一次旅程。酒店的服务水平和服务素质无语了。订单包含下午茶套餐，提前和艺龙确认好，到了酒店，前台不认可，前台说必须要和网络销售确认，向他出示预定邮件都没用。3:00开始确认，到确认好已经4:30，来来回回和艺龙，酒店联系。酒店前台电话告知要去前台领取…然后补偿了100元户外运动券。并且告知下午茶兑换券晚上12点前都可以使用。结果晚上去了，餐厅说不能用…房间空调制冷效果差，还不如开窗凉快些。打到16度房间温度28。没有冰箱。各种无语…

客房很旧了 墙纸都剥落 但卫生还行 床铺等也挺干净 度假村有温泉 小农场 划船 骑自行车和烧烤等 带小孩玩玩还可以的

房间老的简直不像话，估计这房间是30年前的装修和设施了吧。服务和设施都很差，午餐又贵又不好吃。。。。简直觉得太不值当了。下次也不会再住这酒店了吧。
