订了两晚，第一天玩了一天，晚上才来办理入住，进去直接累倒睡了一小觉。起来洗澡才发现厕所臭的要命！可是已经睡过了，又累，懒得打包行李了，我忍！第二天一早五点，走廊有个旅行团在吆喝！地震来了似的！没得睡！起床果断要求换房间！还好前台服务比较好，认真听取意见！不爽的是下午游玩回来，前台说她们经理去查看了，可能是换下来衣服呕了就这个气味！他奶奶的，我衣服都没脱！进去就那个味道！后来碰到打扫卫生的阿姨说是厕所堵了！也就是说前台故意把责任说成客人的！不爽！！！！！！

酒店很好找，在游客集散中心对面，设施齐备，就是毛巾有点旧，其他都非常不错。靠近马路边有点吵。

酒店的服务超级超级好，问什么都很耐心，房间也很安静干净，对面的确也可以拦到去景区的车，第一天见到的穿旗袍的美女态度最好，还特意跑到马路上告诉我们信息，甚至为了我们不白跑一趟，还特意发信息给我们说卧龙谷关闭了不要去。同时，婺源的交通很不好，一定得包车，第一天没包车，好折腾，这里给大家推荐一个师傅，人有点啰嗦但是特别好特别耐心和善，139-7031-3205。

前台服务很好，有问必答！至于房间吗不是很满意；卫生间味道很重，建议可以使用空气清新剂。另外酒店房间应该提供免费饮用水，不管酒店的大小，这大多数酒店都是有的。
