简直就是前台服务太差，哪里像个星级酒店应该有的服务，房间一进去枕头上一个脚印，床单上潮潮的，晚上比较晚到，和前台折腾很久，最后什么也没有解决。实在不想折腾马上睡觉了。不是考试期间订不到房真心觉得不值！只有差评！

酒店是新的，位置较偏，离店当天在房间消费一剃须刀，特意叮嘱酒店结账的时候算进去，没有消费茶叶，酒店多扣了30元的茶包费，和酒店沟通无果，酒店坚持是我消费了或者拿走了，声称他们看了监控说酒店服务人员放置了茶包的，如果是在房间放了难道意味着房间有监控？为何没有监控到我消费了或者拿走了？至今酒店没有回复，电话打给酒店经理也不接电话。

酒店服务态度不端正，房间内消费一个指甲套装是我从没有碰过的东西，查房阿姨说有打开的痕迹，请问如果我有消费那个套装我为何不带走？拆开以后放回原处？这是什么心理？我在酒店住了一个星期了，这个套装根本没多少钱，这种事情是也说不清楚了，你们说房间只有我住，可是难道不是因为你们上次查房的失误来归结到我这里买单？，心里是不舒服的，那是态度问题，我很清楚自己消费的东西，可是你们酒店就一定说是我消费，说阿姨查房不会出错的，对于这样百口莫辩的事，我只能呵呵…算我运气不好吧
