挺牛逼的！保洁员帮我的身份证当垃圾一样丢在垃圾桶里面，别跟我说看没看到 我和放放卡的放一起 ，所以别找借口，来询问的时候跟我保证说保洁员打开看过放房卡的，里面确实没有。
呵呵我是不信啊，事后还是客房部的一个孕妇陪我翻了半个小时的垃圾桶找到的，落在酒店里面的衣服也没人打电话，我不找身份证你们准备懒得讲是吧？都一副事不关己高高挂起的样子这酒店我还第一次见，一个个拿多少工资就干点人事吧，我不追究也是你们客房部那位陪我找身份证的说算了，不然我还真想看看你们给我什么样的解决方案呢。
