酒店在铅山新镇区，离河口古镇6分钟车程，停车方便。槽点来了：入住时和前台明确不要紧临电梯房间，结果上楼一看还是安排在电梯旁，晚上夜深人静时，电梯上下拉动的声音很明显。

尽管位置比较偏，酒店外观跟大堂还是很大气的，入住的人也很多，开业一年多了，房间内设施已经开始略显破损成就。作为县城最好的酒店，更需要提升的是服务人员的服务意识，这不仅仅是因为想要多加一床被子，被以客满或者仓库人员下班的理由而拒绝，是在沟通过程中感受到服务人员的不专业。无论如何，还是希望看到老家的酒店越来越好，越来越有档次！

日前，据新媒报道，西南财经大学甘栗教授课题小组，作为家庭金融课题一部分，委派上千名调查员对中国363个城镇进行摸底调查发现，目前中国住房空置率与2013年基本持平，2013年中国住房空置率为22.4%，住房空置套数为4900万套，而这次调查出的住房空置率肯定超过5000万套，这还不包括开发商未出售的商品房。该份报告的最终数据还在核实，或在近期发表。
