房间整洁干净舒适，步行去索道6分钟左右。我们是晚上到的，从大路转进去酒店的路大概是200米左右，黑黑的，没有路灯，差点想放弃入住，还好见到酒店还行。不过早餐就有待提高了。

地理位置很好，离金沙索道很近，把车停酒店里，还可以省去景区停车费。
房间环境只能说一般，天天床上有虫子。
早餐实在是太差了，不应该是四星级的标准。
还有房间杯盖，明明不是我们打坏的，本来就是坏的，非要说是我们打坏的！态度太差！

带小朋友入住高级双床房，房间里都有备三双拖鞋，挺周到的服务，在山庄用晚餐，点套餐，口味不错哦！

因金沙没有家庭房，临时同程客服建议换到华客，酒店有点年头了，设施都挺旧了，进入房间有股霉味，可能和山区有点关系。床很硬，用的卫生纸很薄，被单看着很旧，发黄。联系下，酒店设施可以旧，但床单这样的可以不断更新，软设施可以跟上。
