服务不满意！安排房间时，居然把我们和别人安排了同一间房间，我赶忙去前台求解，前台人员淡地说：“我知道的，给你换一间吧。”原来你是故意的，难不成是希望我们两拨人友好地共住一晚，你们却可以收双倍房钱？我们忍着一肚子气大包小包换了房间，果然又有‘’惊喜‘’了：房间空调暖风打了一个小时，室温不升反降；无热水；自来水如牛奶般乳白……我们第二次拎着大包小包换房。如此经历，酒店方没有任何一人表示歉意。br我们住过的酒店很多，类似这样的，是头一次遇到，希望也是最后一次。受共所累，旅途感受极差！

给我安排的是拐角处大床房，房间很宽敞，感觉霉味有点大，早餐丰富，但不够新鲜，很遗憾，下雨没上山就回市区了

在艺龙定的四间三清山锦琛山庄，付款以后，锦琛山庄说没有房间，然后让我们转三清山卧龙酒店，说二个同是五星，可是卧龙酒店的房间不是人住的，天花板漏水，墙壁纸到处掉纸，里面到处发霉，完全不是人住的，可是我花了658元／间的房间，只有往这样的不到100元的房间，，
