酒店位于万达广场附近，地理位置优越，交通便利，吃饭购物看电影都特别方便，真心不错，下次还来，价格实惠，前台服务好，干净卫生。睡觉床很舒服，洗澡水也很舒服，心情不错。

从来不想点评，这次忍不住一定要说，经常出差，住的酒店多了，这家很有感概，想当初老板做的时候一定是用心想做好的，设施设备都不错，绝对在三星级往上，但可能时间久了，整个酒店都被服务和卫生降低了标准，不说死角，连桌子都不擦，不管是管理的问题，还是观念的问题，干净是一个酒店的第一标准，希望老板能看到我的点评，改进服务，温柔和善礼貌用语，卫生要全面擦洗，即使桌子旧了，干净能做到，依然有它的味道在！擦桌子，擦玻璃，马桶要刷，面盆要刷，镜子要擦，地毯要吸，卫生做好了，会很完美，价位也提上去了

我曾经向酒店提过意见，客房打电话到前台，十次有八次无人接，酒店改进的能力还是很强的，下来的几天还是很好的，几乎每次都能联系到前台，点赞，如果讲还有什么不足的话，我觉得，就是人情味不够，冷冰冰的脸孔，硬邦邦的回应，我在贵店连住十二天了，明天要离开，碰巧离开之前仍要等一个朋友，该朋友答应一点前赶到。。。我觉得不是太大的问题的，谁知，同前台的靓女打个招呼，她却说：要收费50元。。。其实，我入住贵酒店时，虽然已过下午二点，仍耐心地等房间啦，互相理解嘛。。。

临时有事到上饶停留，用软件搜索到这家酒店，位置不错价格还实惠，有公交车可以到达，前台接待态度很好，酒店装修设备设施比较新，客房干净整洁，有偿使用品标示的很清楚，隔音效果不错，晚上睡觉完全没听到噪音，整体感觉不错！下次来会继续选择这家酒店！
