工作人员骂人，最差的一次住宿体验，标间只有一双拖鞋，床灯还坏了，室内灯光很暗，正好保洁的工作人员在，我们说室内灯光太暗想换一间，保洁说让我们开着电视睡觉就不暗了，我们再次说床灯坏了想换一间，保洁大概是觉得我们换一间房给她增加了工作量，在我们的房间给前台打电话，用类似方言的话说我们*事多死了，等等人身攻击的话，大概以为我们听不懂就口无遮拦，我都震惊了，这种素质的人能来酒店当工作人员？因为还在旅游没有时间也暂时不想影响心情，我先不跟这保洁大姐计较，回去了以后一定会通过各种渠道投诉到底。由此也建议不家不要选上饶的喜来登，硬件设施差先不说，工作人员脾气太大。
