6月16日。
前台服务差！晚上办理入住，前台服务人员全程黑脸，问什么都不应、满脸的不屑，难道就因为讲普通话。她真的给汕尾人丢脸。我忍了，我说可能就一个老鼠屎。第二天退房，不同的前台，结果还是黑脸，我问退房手续，直接不搭理你。我也懒得跟没素质的人讲过多。
这是商务酒店的旗号，叫人家商务人士怎么住。求求老鼠屎别给汕尾丢脸了好吗。
住的环境一般，房间够大，设施不新。
交通就处于中心汕尾大道，便利。

之前来过这就酒店，服务设施都不错。但是这一次来很不开心。我是24号中午入住的，前台女生很不专业，服务态度差，给我开了间还没打扫卫生的房间，然后今天退房还发现她给我弄错房价，录错信息。
