我是三月十多號訂了三月三十一日的四間汕尾金銀灣商務酒店雙人房住宿，而酒店昨天中午十二時左右才聯系我，說酒店十六樓漏水，沒有辦法訂到四間房間，只分給我們2間，另外兩間沒有辦法提供給我們住宿，可以幫我們提供隔壁的京鵬賓館住宿。這對我們親戚朋友們不太方便。
