去酒店的路差得不得了，泥路一个个坑，原本2个小时车程，泥路要5小时才到。去到酒店办理入住30分钟，上到客房找开关开灯找不到，然后打总机没有反应，打服务中心电话空号，然后预定2间房，想要去泡温泉找浴袍却没有（4003）号房，还要我们自己下去前台自己拿。这都不算什么，早上我们住的那间房（3020）号房，9点左右阿姨不敲门直接拿房卡打开房门，连句对不起都不说，还说我们不把门锁，去前台投诉，前台3个接待还抱着怀疑我的投诉，一句不好意思就没啦，连句对不起都不说。退房一直在追究自己内部人员是否有这个问题，而不是先与客人道歉。一直拖延退押金。管理实在太差.......酒店房间墙纸掉一大块（3020）房

等了两小时房间卫生也没有搞好，订的是三点房，五点半到，等到现在差不多七点还在搞卫生晕了。

林木郁郁葱葱，山间绿草蓉蓉，温泉水很清爽，早餐能吃饱，冬季独栋房间有些湿寒。
两点不足，木屋别墅的大门底部缝隙太大，未加装挡蛇鼠板，导致我夜间与小老鼠互动很久。
入住后马桶无水冲洗，报修后依旧未能解决。
