周围环境不错，房间偏小，只能说基本设施是有的。房价小贵。附近农家菜不错，价格适宜，特别是走地鸡很好吃，还有南瓜饭很可口。晚上不要吃太饱，泡温泉后有很多免费吃的。总体说带老人和小孩去散步休养身心不错的选择！

腾龙阁房间很旧！这个房价，这种环境真是无语！！206号房味道很难闻，很湿，好像很久没人住一样，配套极差！！外面环境是不错，可以爬山，温泉池很少，空气很好！不知道主楼情况怎么样，依我看很多楼都好旧！

腾龙阁房间很旧！这个房价，这种环境真是无语！！204号房没大灯，晚上很暗，配套极差！！外面环境是不错，可以爬山，温泉池很少，空气很好！不知道主楼情况怎么样，依我看很多楼都好旧！早餐差！

房间霉味超级大，设备陈旧，墙纸都脱落了，艺龙投诉无效，吃完饭回来酒店，晚上9点多反应，11点多才回复，睡了，没有接到电话，第二天反应，说赔30元！找网站订房，交了钱，出问题都没人理！一次就饱了，大家订房谨慎！我想说：要不是小孩子困了，要睡觉，这房住不下去啊！房间还不如如家的房！

服务能给零星吗？第一次住这么闹心的酒店。总的来说，酒店周围的自然风光不错，有山有水，硬件设施也可以，就是有点老旧，服务让人无语。一、在温泉池问一个服务员：听说这里有小泡池，是吗？黑着脸说：不知道，问：其他温泉池什么时候开放？答：不知道，问：你什么都不知道，站着干嘛？答：我刚来的，怎么知道？二、想延迟退房，到前台问服务员，问：帮我把房间延迟到下午两点可以嘛？面无表情说：不行，只能等十二点半，问：为什么？其他酒店都可以，答：反正我们酒店就是到十二点半，都给你们延长半小时了。这种态度……
