度假村规模大，房间小，设施比较旧，温泉还不错，艺龙预定价格没有优势，都预付房费了，也确认了，可到酒店查不到订单，耽误了1小时才入住！艺龙也没什么道歉赔付！其实酒店的所有房间都包括门票，可以免费泡温泉，根本不用艺龙预定！

房间够大，就是床头找不到什么插头，好在借酒店的线板电线超长，酒店是有温泉的，竟然没看到这方面介绍，客服态度也很好。下次可以住龙腾阁，这样泡温泉更方便了。

艺龙网订酒店时没注明A、B、C栋，到酒店告知每间房加80元，真的是无语，枕头还有汗味，反正是再也不会去这家酒店了。

入住才发现房间跟预订的豪双被糊弄成标双，足足降了一个台阶，跟酒店交涉很久换回我订的房型，酒店人员咬定他们家不能换房间，甚至不听电话!628元入住不心疼，却心痛管理层人员素质太差，这种酒店居然能评为四个星.••••房间不通风，有味，太无语...
