早餐一般，只有鸡蛋，番薯、粥和米粉，环境一般，房间有霉味，但对比附近的民宿来说，已经说可以了。停车场够大。酒店环境和位置在梅坑来说已经是好好了。

一次超不爽的旅游，温泉区无提供毛巾，只有住房提供4条，打湿没得更換，服务超差！周六也只开了7个温泉泡池，而且设施落坏的，泳池水面上漂浮树叶。来一次之后，无第二次。

入住的姓也改了，不知道是同程的问题还是酒店的问题，温泉水质一般，树叶多，有怀疑是水蛭的物质，浸了十来分钟走人了，第日一早走人。

一进房间很热，空调开了一个晚上才稍微凉快点，床也很硬，进洗手间看见洗发水是飘柔，沐浴露是舒肤佳的不说，谁知道一按那沐浴露臭到我晕了，只是瓶子而已里面装的不知道是什么鬼牌子的，洗澡什么也没有，浴巾硬硬的，没法用，不建议推荐入住
