真正的纯温泉，没有加自来水，各个池子间罗汉松等植物围蔽，有一定私密性，水温够高，干净，非常舒服！房间也很好，干净，够大，有一定档次。

大广高速开通以后过来新丰江源温泉度假山庄方便多了，比起云天海温泉度假村这里有点旧了，最让人吐槽的是早餐份量太少了。

位置：相对于深圳有点远，全程要近3小时，而且下高速后有一段在修路不太好走。位置比较偏。
设施：温泉的池子很少
服务：接待中心服务人员态度一般，在携程上已经付款订好酒店，到前台竟然还让我现付。而且接待中心前台要早上8点以后才上班，8点以前要提前走的，就必须等到他们上班。温泉可以免费寄存贵重物品，这点比较贴心。没有找到什么便利店，买点水或者零食，实在不方便。
卫生：这点做的比较好，房间和汤池里都比较干净。
另外要说的是他们餐厅的饭菜味道不错，价格实惠量又足。
