度假选择了碧桂园，开始的房间面对江边，吵死了，说在外面搞活动，我是来度假的，不是来听广播的。后来说给我换个好一点的，不那么吵的，结果有一股大便味，半夜睡得迷迷糊糊的，早晨实在受不了了，和前台说，有酒店的人来看了，说了声对不起和官方语言就走了。实在受不了这个味道，没办法只能提早退房了！酒店的处理方式让人很接受不了，官方，不替客人着想，没睡好整个度假心情都没了，第一次体验碧桂园，感觉比市区酒店更差！最关键是现在老是感觉有股味道，很想吐，头晕晕的，身体不舒服，好好的度假要去看医生了，看来要打消费者服务热线了，希望可以给住客一些建议。
