我在四月二日到南岭森林公园玩到傍晚后，就在公园出口用手机订了这间酒店的客房后自驾车四五十公里到这家酒店，我在同程网以付清款项，到这间酒店的前台，接待员说客房已满，想拒客后，我与她理论，接待员说还剩最后一间豪华双人房，但是要补差价，我看天色以好晚了，我就妥协，我付现金补上差价，本人感觉有点坑爹，希望日后同程网多点监管，保障客户的利益！
